1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Napoli Poker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Scope

Napoli Poker is a league management and results-tracking platform. We provide tools for members, league owners, and super-admins to manage games, players, snapshots, check-ins, standings, and audit history.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you operate or join a league, you also agree to follow your league's internal rules.

4. Roles and Access

Platform access is role-based:

• Members: can access dashboards and actions for leagues they are approved members of.
• League owners: can manage only their league configuration, roster, games, and records.
• Super admins: have cross-league operational access and CMS capabilities.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to bypass rate limits or permissions.
• Access, copy, or disclose league data beyond your permitted scope.
• Create misleading records or alter data without authority.
• Disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

6. Data, Snapshots, and Audit Logs

Napoli Poker keeps operational history and snapshots to preserve leaderboard integrity and support dispute review. Audit logs may be recorded for create, update, and delete actions across member and admin workflows.

7. Check-Ins and Gameplay Integrity

Check-ins and seat assignments are expected to reflect real game-state. Finished games should not accept new check-ins. Capacity and seat uniqueness rules may apply and can block invalid actions.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify features, remove or suspend parts of the service, or adjust APIs and admin tools as needed. We may also set limits or maintenance windows to protect platform stability.

9. Disclaimers

Napoli Poker is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all historical data is never subject to error. While we strive for accuracy, users are responsible for validating manually entered or uploaded game information.

10. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Napoli Poker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including ranking disputes or temporary downtime.
